Privacy policy

This policy explains how Laioma (“LAIOMA”) processes data from users of the portal and the LAIOMA Price Checker application.

2. Data we process

• account data: name, username, email address, and a password stored only as a hash;
• technical and security data: IP address, browser user agent, login attempts, sessions, and audit logs;
• application download history;
• support messages and information provided voluntarily;
• VIP status and access period data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to provide accounts and requested features, protect the service, grant VIP access, deliver support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Processing is based, as applicable, on contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, or legal obligation.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while the account is active and afterward only as required for security or legal obligations. Verification and reset tokens expire automatically. Technical logs should be reviewed and deleted periodically under the internal retention policy.

5. Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by providers strictly required for hosting, email, and infrastructure. LAIOMA does not sell personal data. Applicable legal safeguards will be used when a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area.

6. Security

The portal uses HTTPS connections, hashed passwords, time-limited tokens, HttpOnly sessions, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and separate administrator access. No technical measure can eliminate all risk; users must keep passwords and API keys confidential.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection as permitted by law. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

8. Cookies

The portal uses a session cookie that is strictly necessary for authentication and security. Advertising cookies are not required for the operation described here.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated when the service or legal obligations change. The latest update date is shown above.
