These terms govern access to the LAIOMA Price Checker portal and application provided by Laioma.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information, verify your email address, and protect your login details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Accounts may be disabled when misused or when these terms are breached.
2. VIP access
Creating an account is free. Application downloads and certain services are available only while VIP access is active. The access duration and conditions are shown in the account or communicated before activation.
3. Application license
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the application. Redistributing the package, selling access, bypassing VIP controls, unauthorized decompilation, or using the service for illegal activity is prohibited.
4. Data, estimates, and business decisions
LAIOMA organizes and calculates information from user-provided sources or third-party services. Prices, fees, BSR, estimated sales, restrictions, and availability may change. Results are not a profit guarantee or financial, tax, or legal advice. Users must verify current data before purchasing inventory.
5. Third-party services
Some features depend on marketplaces, data providers, or AI models. LAIOMA does not fully control their availability or accuracy. Users must comply with the terms and licenses of each connected service.
6. Availability and updates
We may modify, update, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, security, or compatibility. We recommend using the latest official release and backing up important data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LAIOMA is not liable for business losses resulting from incomplete data, estimates, price changes, marketplace restrictions, third-party service outages, or decisions made solely from application results.
8. Termination
You may request account closure through support. LAIOMA may limit or terminate access for breaches, security incidents, or non-payment, subject to mandatory applicable rights.
